Australian ReturnsĀ | International Returns
OUR AUSTRALIAN POLICY
Australian customers must submit all return requests via the Australian Returns Portal (link above).
- You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
- Exchange (subject to availability)
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Items purchased using loyalty discounts (including welcome codes, abandoned cart codes, or rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Sale items may be returned for exchange only, unless marked as final sale.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders. If you require a different size or variant, please request a refund or store credit and place a new order.
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event are eligible for store credit only.
- Items purchased using loyalty discounts (including welcome codes, abandoned cart codes, or rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund or store credit.
- All sale and final sale items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency and original payment method.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via the contact page within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the issue
For Australian customers, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive confirmation via email
- Approval or rejection will be confirmed
- Approved refunds are processed within 5ā7 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
